Not a coupe, but you get the idea on the color scheme.

I would look for another brand, seriously.

Call Kurtis: Broken Wheels
Feds Currently Investigating

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) ― Harjot Hundal decided to spice up his BMW 745i last July, so he bought some new wheels from Sevas Wheels. He bought four Sevas S-10's totaling $3,300.

A few weeks after getting the wheels, Harjot and his family took a trip to Canada. They ran into trouble during the trip home, in Washington State. After hearing a loud popping noise, the car started swerving violently from left to right, across three lanes. Harjot says he didn't panic and was able to stop the car safely. But when he got out of the car, he couldn't believe what he saw. One of his back wheels completely fell apart. Pieces of the wheel shot through the trunk, damaged the battery, dented a strut, severed gas lines, and put a hole in the muffler.

At first Sevas blamed Harjot saying he must have hit something. But Harjot says no, and after some internet research, found others who had similar problems with the S-10's. Harjot contacted the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. They asked him to send them the broken wheel. Then he called me for help.

Insurance covered most of the $5500 in damages, but Harjot wanted a full refund for the wheels and reimbursement for his out-of-pocket expenses, totaling $1,200. We called Sevas Wheels and spoke with Spiro who promised the owner would call us. But the owner called Harjot instead, offering to settle. In return, Harjot agreed not to talk about the terms of the settlement.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is investigating whether these wheels are defective and should be recalled. We've learned that the manufacturer did suspend sending Sevas S-10's to retailers as of October 2007. Harjot hopes the government acts quickly, to prevent anyone else from having to go through what he went through.
