I used KBB.com and edmunds.com as baselines when I was looking to buy my G35, and sell my old Lexus. Nothing's 100% accurate, and you may get several hundred/thousand more or less than what the online appraisers spit out.
Have you looked around your area to see how much M45's are going for? That's a good starting point IMO.
