Quick marinade- Olive oil and the montreal seasoning
Grilling- just brush it on w/ butter to get that blackened effect.
It's best for burgers though, mix it in w/ the ground beef while you're making patties. amazing.

Good stuff! They make a chicken seasoning also. I use both in my restaurants.
