I tried this recipe this past Friday.
Hardest part: finding the ginger root at Ralph's.
Verdict: Awesome dish. My wife loved it. I used peanut oil instead of Canola oil. I used 2 teaspoons of crushed red pepper and that came out to my liking. It's very easy too cook, prep work actually takes longer.
Question: on this recipe it says 2 cloves of garlic. I took it literally and just dropped in 2 cloves, I don't have to mince them?
Great dish, I'm definitely going to cook it again!
