Tried this recipe last night and it was quite tasty. I used two peppers (one red and one yellow) and replaced the carrots with sprouts. We overdid the crushed red pepper a bit....normally we add the crushed red pepper to the oil when we start stir frying, and can judge how much we need based on the smell, but when we added it at the end, the smell wasn't as strong so I was like "well, let's toss some more in!" Needless to say, my lips were burning by the end of the meal, but it was good....we will definitely try this one again!
