Now I'm not normally one to post something like this, but I really have a hard time not doing so for this...
My cousins have come up with a brilliant idea for a company. The company is called Solar Roast, and they use mirrors and the power of the sun to superheat air and use it to naturally roast organic coffee beans. Even the electricity that runs their little roaster enclosure is powered by separate solar powered panels.
It's a really cool idea, and to be honest (and this a non-biased opinion, confirmed by many of my co-workers) the best-tasting coffee I've had in awhile.

Like I said, I'm just trying to help out my family's already steadily-growing customer base, while they're trying to help the environment while at the same time providing some of the best-tasting coffee available.
