To be honest, I'm not 100% sure what the true customer base is, but they currently have 3 physical locations. My uncle and other cousin in Michigan are in the process of going through the legality issues of franchising it in their area.
Their new version of Helios (v4) was built with the intention of being able to roast a MUCH larger amount of coffee, as their previous roasters just couldn't keep up with the demand. It can handle, if I'm not mistaken, 2000lbs a week.
It's been really cool to watch the whole thing progress (of course I get all the "hey Ben, look at our development progress!" emails full of pictures...) and see an idea on paper materialize into a real-world success.
Did I mention the coffee tastes amazing?
