I just got back from the Dominican Republic the end of last week and we took our 13 month old daughter. It was almost a 4.5 hour flight and she did really well. She is a VERY busy little girl that doesn't sit still for long, but we took some toys and books to keep her amused. We had my wife's parents along as well so that helped a little. I had to laugh, because anytime we ran into some turbulence, my daughter loved it and would start to laugh. Her ears never bothered her either, which was a very good thing. I must say though, the fold out change table in the bathroom was very small and she didn't like it one bit.
