Just buff it out like George (Detailed Image) said. Usually these things come off easy (like on mine), but I guess it depends on the climate you live in sometimes, or the conditions the adhesive under the emblems was exposed to (really hot weather, direct sun = baked on, etc). Try scratch-x or any kind of scratch remover or even rubbing compound. However, if you use something as abrasive as rubbing comp. you will most likely need a proper polish/glaze after that since it might haze your paint. If your color is grey/silver metallic it's not a big deal. If it's black, be prepared for endless pain.
