alonso is making too many mistakes overdriving his car. that's the 2nd consecutive race that he has crashed out due to driver mistake.
imagine if hamilton had hit kubica instead; in the long run, it was probably the better decision to punt raikkonen.

Over the weekend (prior to qualifying I believe) Heidfeld basically said that if he was a rookie, he would be in danger of losing his ride. If I was Mario Thiessen, I would be looking real hard at some other talent. The car obviously has more pace than Heidfeld does, and the fact that his quote sounds somewhat egotistical like he is not in danger of losing his ride no matter what, well that would just rub me the wrong way. It's not just about talent (which Kubica obviously has much more of) but attitude as well which is why I've never like Alonso.
I agree about Alonso overdriving his car. The Renault just does not have the pace and Alonso is shooting himself in the foot trying to get it there. It would likely benefit the Renault team much more if he finished in 5th or 6th consistently, than to finish say 4th in one race and then crash out of the next 2.
As far as Hamilton goes, how do you not see the red light? Where was his team on that one?
How come it has not been mentioned that Rosberg (or was it Kaz) ran into the rear of Hamilton AFTER Hamilton had already hit Raikonnen? I didn't see it firsthand, I turned the race on 40 minutes late, but I heard that Kimi got in Lewis' face? I would have got him with a double leg takedown and prceeded with the ground and pound if it was me.
