Anyways went to the gym for the first time yesterday and im feeling it today.
So basically im at 165lbs right now and want to get at least my old weight of 175lbs( i know this will take more than 30 days but thats my goal.
Bench:165x10
30 day goal:185x10
Ultimate goal: Where i was before i got injured 245x10
Will add other lifts as i got to the gym(curl, military press, deadlift, etc.)
