Shane's Log
Ok so i had a log when i was apart of another forum and it helped me reach my goals quicker.
Right now my main goal is to just bulk.
I am currently about 165lbs, and 8-10%BF
Goal is to get back up to 175lbs ish with at least 10%BF
I'm not gonna be posting my daily meal plans as i will forget, but i will be posting my workouts.
Im not sure where all of my lifts are at now(yesterday was my 1st day back) but my goal is to get back to where i was last year before i got injured.
Bench: 245x10 (Max:295) ---------------- Currently:165x10
Deadlift:275x10 ------------------------- ??
Military press:175x10 --------------------- ??
Curl: 50lb Dumbbells x 8 -------------------??
thats all i can remember as of now, but i lost a good amount of strength.
