I always travel with my running shoes, shorts, hat, wicking top. You can run anywhere. I can honestly say I have run in other countries and thats a pretty cool feeling. I can also say I've gotten lost a couple times...my husband knows I have no sense of direction and doesn't get surprised when I tell him I got lost. haha. Even if you don't run anyone can go for a long walk, you actually see so many more things that way. I found a great little hidden beach area to watch the sunrise in Cozumel last year while on a run, all alone just enjoying what god gave us and really feeling at peace. It's awesome!
