I'm in.
I started 6 weeks ago though. I was at 175lbs and started incline benching at 155 lbs x8. I'm at 190 lbs and bench 195 lbs on incline x6. Even though I've gained 15 lbs it's spread out all over so I don't look too different yet.
My goal is to continue gaining with the same diet and workout for another 2 weeks then start cutting in prep for a vacation at the beach. Then I'll start bulking again for a second beach vacation after Labor Day.
