I think the P90X seemed like more of a weight loss platform, not a building platform... which is perfect for what your doing.
Ive watched the 30 minute presentation on tv, seems like a simple cardio resistance system that Ive heard from a few people has good results for weight loss. Im sure it tones too, but I'd like to know if anyone has put on good muscle with this system.
