This situation really depends on what you're planning on doing with the car:
#1. If you're looking for it to be a daily driver, go for it.
#2. If you're looking for a "shell" for a monster HP car, go for it.
#3. If you're looking for something without issues, invest another $7,000 and get something with half/third of this car's mileage.
Really boils down to what your intentions are with the car.
By the pictures, both interior/exterior, that car is in great condition for 98,000 miles. Just double check that the tranny is smooth, no leaks, proper service records (if available) and a clean carfax.
EDIT: For any instance if you get this car, be sure to consider the cost of the following:
- New tires
- New Alignment
- New brakes
- New rotors
- AT Tranny flush/refill
- +$1,000 in any other unforseen maintainence issues.
