Only used Creatine when I first started working out, then stopped using that trash. For the past five years I've pretty much only stuck with whey protein and 2 multivitamins a day. I get all the results I want from just using those two things, with proper nutrition, and a tough work out routine.
I use hydroxycut sometimes as well if I'm doing a particularly intense cardio routine, but I've been weening myself away from doing that lately as well. When my bottle runs out I don't think I'm gonna get more.
