Ya, my '06 6MT with 22k miles was $25k. But it was laser red so obviously thats where the difference is

That price seems a bit low, I would make sure its not a rebuild or something, make sure and 1) get a Carfax report and check the title and 2) do a thorough inspection yourself, or if you know a mechanic bring him along to look at it.
