Sorry to hear about your leg. Hope it's nothing major.

Yeah, I can relate. I am a former marathoner and long distance runner who is pretty much done with running due to injury. I started attending a "fried legs & toasted abs" class 2x/week. It took me about 5 classes before my legs weren't absolutely hammered all the time, and the class is much tougher now than when I started.

We had 3 young "in shape" firefighters come to the class the other night. All three had to bail half way through and had to spill their guts. I'm the old guy in the class and it made me smile seeing that.

What kind of time did you do your ironman in?
