Next(Optional) remove the Air induct inlet and Engine cover and cover the air induct inlet hole with foil and stuff alot of rags into the power duct. If you have a aftermarket intake system. Its your choice if you want to remove it or leave it. If you take it off the aftermarket intake system. Stuff some Rags or towels into the throttle bodie. Or cover the filter with a foil, garbage bag or saran wrap. Also don't forget to cover anything else like the alternator, connectors, and anything else your worry about.





Now rinse everything down to get rid of some of the dirt and grime, but don't forget to stay away from things you don't want that much water hitting.
