sorry I forgot to add you should cover up also the alternator and put saran wrap also on the connectors.
But I didn't do that because I didn't spray close to the alternator or connectors or even the caps of the fluids. Also the battery is cover. So not that much water is going to get in there. I try adding the alternator being covered.
