There are alot of variables. It all depends on what you want to spend...
When I initially looked at adding an APS twin turbo system, an APS 2.5" True Dual Exhuast, an APS Tall Boy Intake Plenum, JWT Clutch and Flywheel and Swift springs to my otherwise stock G35 6MT Coupe, the cost was somewhere around $13,000, installed.
There are less expensive options, however, which will provide the same amount of power. For example, use a Motordyne 5/16" Plenum Spacer instead of an entirely new plenum. Also, the Greddy and JWT twin turbo kits are less expensive than APS, though it's my understanding that APS provides the cleanest install. I'm sure that's all subject to opinion, though.
