I have the Turbonetics system on my 2006 Coupe. I drive it every day and have had no problems in the 4000+ miles since the install this past spring. I did have a rubber gromet get sucked up into the turbo and ruin the blades (my fault, long story). That brings me to my next point, customer service. Turbonetics took care of me like I never expected they would. When I recieved the turbo back from them there were some missing fittings, I called them and they overnighted them to me no questions asked. I can't say enough about this company. I would recomend this system to anyone. Oh ya, it still gets 26 MPG.
I did have some problems with the install. I wasn't completely happy but I am not going to get into that. I spouted off on another thread and I am not going to continue to bash the shop, that would not be fair to them and they deserve to take the feedback and move on. I will say this however, make sure that your shop of choice has done this install on your model more than once and has a reputation for doing a good job. Maybe talk to some of thier past customers if possible and see what they think.
I would also recomend a Meth/H2O injection system to prevent pre-detonation, it is cheap insurance ($300'ish) and easy to install.
I have nothing other than this turbo and a Snow Performance Meth/H2O injection system, stock exhaust, stock intake and a re-flash from Technosquare and my car makes 340 Rwhp at 8.8 PSI. It does 0 - 60 mph in 3.9 seconds if I am really ringing it out and bangin' gears, yes, I said 3.9!!! I did not expect that from 340 rwhp but the acceleration does start to fall off after 70 mph (still very impressive but it ain't beaten any Zo6 any time soon).
Here is a quick video walk around and a 0 - 60 run. I was holding a camera and trying to launch and shift at the same time not to mention there was a slight incline on this road. It was a pretty easy run and if you put a watch on it, you will notice that in this video I hit 60 in just a hair over 4 seconds.
