Fresh brake fluid is always a good thing; make sure they're bled properly. You don't want any water/air in your system at the track when you're stressing the brake system.
I personally only use solid rotors, but everyone has their own preferances. You'll definately need a pad capable of higher temperatures than OEM; you'll be doing a lot more braking at the track than you do on the street.
If you do get a BBK, get the BBK for all four corners, not just the front. You want to preserve your brake bias. Be sure the BBK kit is made for your car, or do the math and size it yourself properly.
@R&D: Do you guys have a tech sheet for the track day?
