Completely ridiculous statement.
As someone who has lived and traveled all over the world, tacking ignorance to a certain geographical location is a blatant testament to the lack of experience and ignorance of the one making that claim.
A person's accent has no more to do with education or perspective than geography or a hairstyle. Making that assumption/claim is absurd.
Wow to some of the people living in Cali as well. Ditto the other 49, and the other six continents.
