They make these really cool warming blankets, they plug in like an electric blanket and are sewn at the bottom like a sleeping bag. I have one and love it! I'm always cold and it drives my husband crazy so I bought one to watch tv in. I got mine at Bed Bath & Beyond for like 30.00 or so. I'm guessing she will love it.
