You don't need a LOC to tap into the BOSE harness if your amp takes differential balanced inputs. The blue plug is the one you want to splice into in either case. I have a JL amp so I spliced in some heavy duty RCAs, soldered and run them direct to the amp, no eq, no LOC. Easiest solution, but every amp is different.
