McMaster-Carr for fasteners. They have a large variety of bolts. Some in black or black oxide. I've got some of the black oxide ones. They aren't polished or galvanized so they are subject to rust a little. They haven't been too bad except for along the top of the fender where it gets wet when it rains or I was the car.
