I have been a cop just short of 10 years, 2 years in a jail, and about to hit 8 years on patrol. I have never shot anyone, never hit anyone with my baton, never tasered anyone and pepper sprayed less than a dozen people. I have been in plenty of fights, but usually try to get people to comply with my stellar verbal skills

If you did not notice the crowd started circling the cops and some were yelling at the cops. They had to gain compliance as quick as possible to avoid making the situation worse. I did not see anything wrong done by the police, they escalated force to the appropriate level. If you can tell me what and where the cops went wrong let me know and I will let you know why you are wrong.
