So with premium package probably nearing in on 50K. The G37 with navi sport and premium is around 42k.

Scrap both and go 335d
Actually, the website I am going through is only for military members and in Virginia I can get a 2009 335i E90 w/Navi, Sport, Auto, and Conveniance packages for just under $42,000. I can get a 2009 Infiniti G37 sedan w/tech, sport, and some other options for just over $36,400. So, the prices are very competitive. I am really up in the air as to what I would like to pick. For me it is coming down to which car I think is better for the long term. I know the 335i is way faster than my G35, but like I said compared to the G37, I don't know. From what the magazines say, it should be close between the two. Probably would come down to driver vs driver. The one thing I would give to the BMW though is driver feel; it just seemed more planted to the ground and overall more of a sports sedan. As Will Ferrell would say from "Anchorman", "I'm in a real pickle".
