and I said 4 max it might be less but u feel the difference

if u want real gains go with Eneos oil 0w-50 (see youtube dyno's) 4hp on a 350z

on a bmw 335i 10hp gain
You'd be lucky if your butt dyno could detect a 10HP difference, much less a 4HP difference

A dyno difference of 4hp can be attributed to many things (humidity, temp, etc) other than a different brand of oil.

If you're paying 10 bucks a quart, you may as well get some real stuff like amsoil

thats where i always go to get my oil. At one point i'd let them do it because it was like $42 for a synthetic oil change. Now im just too low.

i have an 04 5mt g coupe with 107m on it, i drive around 80-90 miles a day everyday so i am wondering what oil should i be using to handle my daily abuse. i currently use castrol gtx and was planning on going with royal purple on my next service, what grade would be recommended for a g with that many miles ? thanks

These HP claims make me LMAO. Change dino oil at 3,500 - 5,000, synthetic at 5,000-8,000 miles depending on driving habits (more spiritied/ stop and go = fewer intervals), use a quality filter or OEM and chances are performance will not suffer and your engine will outlive the usefulness of your G

Just put a quart of each in with your next oil change and grab that number right away.
