Installed: Invidia Q300 Exhaust
At first I wasn't sure about the tips but now I would NEVER change them, they look soooo sexy
, I could sit and stare at them for hours.
BTW does anyone have any tips as to how to keep the Titanium tips at their best? What polishes would you use?

Hey Robby, so would it be ok to use any good metal/aluminum polish on the tips? they won't take away the Ti look? and yeah I agree they defiantly look great from the side.
when I switched the car on this morning there was no rasp what so ever, usually when the engine has been off over night and I switch it on it has a slight rasp noise to it. But today with the new X and Y pipes installed they sound great.
Even driving around with the new parts sound awesome, the rasp has completely disappeared, I thought I might still have some since I've got the HFCs but nope it sounds perfect.
I'll try and post a vid of my starting the car up before the new parts and after for you guys to compare.

Please do so.
And i use dremel + polish/puffing pad to clean the tips from the inside, the tips shine like a mirror from the inside, and the carbon can be washed away so easily, i'm a freak when it comes to keeping my exhaust tips clean, after all it's the only thing people would see from behind, so i rather keep it clean and shiny.

I really want to see how it sounds with HFC.
I use mothers metal polish too, they look nice and it removes any carbon or residue on the ti-tips, do it by hand.

but that's actually a really smart idea, I've got my dermal kit sitting around somewhere with a polishing/buffing set lol so I'll actually do that sometime.I'm a freak as well when it comes to cars, but I've had to slowly ease off after moving to Saudi because I can't get hold of the usual products I've been used to in the UK
. I used to spend 6hrs washing/waxing my car back in the UK but here I've never personally washed it myself (always car wash or my cousin's driver washes it) and none of them know how to wash and dry properly (it really pisses me off) but I've had to get used to the fact that they don't know jack about washing a car properly P.S. Are you sure you're arabic? not many arabs would be caught washing their own car, it's sad but it's true.

Here's the video's I promised. Bare in mind this is the loudest it ever gets usually after having the car off over night, and also it's in a closed space so it does sound louder than when it's in an open space. Even after work today (10hrs) the car wasn't loud at all, no where near as loud as it sounds in the clips.
I've got no idea why it doesn't want to embed

Anyway with the before clip you'll hear it pitch up loud at around 10sec:
and this is after the new X Y-pipes:
and by the time I drive for like 30 meters the noise @ idle is much quieter

I like to wash my car by my self, as they say "if you want something done right you better do it your self".
I REALLY REALLY hate cold start with the exhaust, it's too damn loud and ugly, but it's get too quite after exactly 1 minute, like if the car was stock, but in your case i noticed the car is quiter in the 2nd video with the new x/y-pipe installed, it's nice that the exhaust is quiter than it was without them, i'll get my y-pipe soon, maybe at the end of this month, but i'm still waiting for Invidia HFC, i really don't know if they'll come to life or not.
Anyways cleaning and polishing the tips well really help it shine for a really long time, and it won't turn yellow or black so easily, that's why i spend around 20 minutes polishing each tip, but i've done it only twice since i got the exhaust, the next polishing would be after 2-3 months from now.

On the inside only, i didn't risk doing it on the outside.
Ok cool make sense that's what I thought
