how much for for dome, door, vanity, license plate, trunk, side marker, and headlight running lights in the most led possible bulb to 42104?

There is only one color. Just bright white, not bluish. If you need the pair of wedge, I can do for 43 shipped.

How much for 1 pair of map lights, 1 pair of dome lights, 1 pair of step(door) lights, 1 single set for the upper glove box compartment. shipped to 11010.

Any specs on these for output? "Brightest" doesn't mean anything without numbers to back it up. Watts or lumens would be nice.
