how hard is it to do this in one of these cars?

I have done a few.

It is not bad except for the deck install.

It's not that hard. You just have to have some patience and electrically inclined! What setup are you trying to run?

Wire is very easy to run in the G as long as you are not trying to go into the doors. That is a PITA.

its easy jst gotta get an hi/lo converter hook those up to ur speakers .. and get power from the battery to power ur amp and ground thats about it.

weren't you just asking about how to do this in another thread?

A "high/low" converter is more correctly a LOC or line-out converter, which takes line-level signal (i.e. what is going to your speakers, probably the rears) and converts them into RCA "preamp" (low-level) output signals for the amp. This is only necessary if you still have the stock headunit... AudioControl probably has some good stuff for this sort of application, maybe an Epicenter or something of the like.
