So to clarify, you're sure that you don't need to buy this?

You can use the one from the stock HU without any modification?

No, you don't need that bracket.

Hey guys, I just had a new double-din deck put in (Pioneer AVH-P4000DVD) along with a new Metra Integration Adapter dash kit put in at my local shop. However, now the stock Navigation screen is unable to pop up since the deck is blocking it. What should I do? I really want to get my Navigation back. Would a different sized deck work?
Do I need the 03-04 Double Din Bracket With Navigation?

Any advice would help. Thanks.

It may be the Metra kit preventing your navi from popping up. The JDM trim piece is made to work with the navigation regardless of the head unit. As long as the head unit fits in the metal cage, it should work fine with the navi.

If the Metra kit is the cause, the JDM trim kit and AC controller would be a solution. Otherwise, you may be able to modify the Metra kit to work.

Just noticed that harness NN01 from Scosche was used here; however, I googled it and nothing came up, I even went to the Scosche site and searched for NN01 and nothing, I did searched for 03 and 04 G35 Sedan and these 2 hardness come up NN03B and NN03RB. Any idea if these ones will work? I had purchesed part number 70-7550 from a local car audio shop ( http://metraonline.com/products.aspx?s=70-7550 ) but dont know if it'll work.

Anyone knows where can i get NN01 from or is NN03 the same part?

Hi...I finally did my much enticipated DD installation but unfortunately the temp is stuck at 70 and temp up and down button wont work. every other button on the metra kit works though. I unplugged the metra harness on the hvac system to see if the brittle pins are ok and they were...Please help!!Lastly, i installed avic 700bt and my loudest volume is lower then midway volume on my bose?? i know that pioneer output rca cables are at 2volts. is there a way to completely bypass the factory amp and use pioneer 700bt's amp instead? by the way i used metra harness with the pioneer

Your cabin air temp sensor is probably unplugged. It is on the right side of the plastic panel at your knees under the steering column.
