On a side note, the OEM Navi was also still functional, we were able to still get the sound out of it for turn by turn directions.

LOL! I was just talking about this the other day with Tony! I went through 2 different bodykits, paint 3 times, 4 different sets of wheels, interior 3 times, audio fully different setups 4 times including subs, amps, componets and headunits each time and a bunch of other mods. So much $$$$$$$$$$$$ down the drain

^^I liked my kenwood because the screen was 7" but it started to get out of date, then I went to the pioneer which was cool and had some awesome features but the screen was a 6.5' felt like a downgrade somewhat?

It's really up to you though in what your looking for, so many options out now from what to choose from.

Second try at Double Din.

Thieves broke into my '03 Sedan and attempted to steal my radio. They only made a mess of things though. Fortunately State Farm took care of the damage. Here are pics of new install. I originally had a JVC KW-AVX710. I upgraded this time to the JVC KW-AVX810 which has a detachable face. Much better and hopefully a theft deterrant

As you can see I used the JDM kit and swapped out the dual climate control button. My wife loves this option. The JVC fit perfectly in the original Metra kit but I wanted a more factory look in the buttons so I got the JDM kit this time. The radio sticks out way far and cannot be opened because of the detachable face while in park. Other wise its a great unit for the price( $443.00 from amazon). The trim plate also does not sit flush on the ends because the dash is slightly curved. You really can't tell though unless you are looking for it though. Well thahs about it. Let me know if you have any questions on install, Jackmo71.

Just finished mine yesterday. Eclipse Avn2210p, steering wheel controls, and ipod adapter. Used the metra rca harness and it was not nearly loud enough switched to the 7550 and all is well. Factory equipped bose.
