i installed the AVN726e too and i have the same background noise. Did you use the metra wiring harness with the RCA jacks?
I don't really care since i am installing an aftermarket amp in 1 week. I am pretty sure it has to do with double amping, using eclipse speaker outputs into the bose inputs. Adding more harmonic distortion.
