Component Speaker Recommendations!

Hey guys, this Christmas time i plan on upgrading my front doors and rear doors with new speakers and amping them. I have a sedan, with a JL w6v2 powered by JL 500/1 in rear. As of now, i plan on doing a JL 300/4, but thats not final if you guys recommend something else, hopefully a little bit cheaper

Im looking at spending around 100-170 for a pair. I dont listen to much rap or hiphop, mainly Dave Matthews and other jam bands or soft rock. God I love Dave Matthews . I know everyone has different opinions, i just want to see the popular choice. Let me know which you would go with if you were me.

I have the precision power PPI (recommended by DonPisto) and i have been pleased with it so far! Sounds very nice with the Kappas in the back (the PPI sound better when i transfer the fader) and overall sounds really nice, especially when i play something like Coldplay.

the kappa 60.9's are pretty good... but the tweeters won't fit the stock location. I've got the kappa perfect 6.1's and like them a lot, they are 4 ohms though if that matters to you. The tweeters in the 6.1's are drop in, very convenient.

the 6.1's are a little too much for me... but if they are that much better then the rest then ill consider. as of now, im leaning towards the precision power ppi. ive read so much good about them, and they are cheap compared to others. i posted this though hoping to get more input on other speakers (especially those who have heard the ppi) and can compare. any help/info will be appreciated
