It doesn't matter that you don't need the factory functions, you still do it the exact same way.

I just installed my TV to Nav and I can turn the unit on and the Navigation screen is on but all black. When I play the video on my Ipod there is no sound or video on the screen.
I have the sound running through my PAC II. I have the unit grounded to the side of the stereo, I have the 12v supply connected to the lighter, I have the E-Brake wires twisted together, I have the Video connected to the Ipod via a BELKEN AUX/Video cable, the only thing I don't have connected are two wires, blue and white that are wrapped up with the E Brake wires. Any Ideas why I have a black screen and no sound?
