Looking To Upgrade My Alternator to handle 2000 watt system

I need to upgrade my alternator to upgrade my sound system but i dont know how big of an alternator i will need? i will be running 2 900rms kenwood amps and need help my car can barley handle 1 amp. I have a 03 G35 sedan.

Look into either Mechman or DB Electrical. I've had zero issues with either companies alt's. I havent seen a off the shelf upgraded alt for our cars. Best bet is to call them and discuss your needs

Do you know if they are reasonably priced I'm only looking to spend no more than 350

Could be way outta line. But couple years ago, bought a 250 amp alt for a GM truck for around $300. Have a feeling you gonna spend around that for anything much over factory amperage, if they even offer one.

Yeah that's what I was scared of, I found one for like 400 but its really not worth it for me so I might just say forget it.
