2006 G35 coupe aftermarket sub/amp install?

I am just curious with my coupe if I would need to replace the stock HU? I read through a older users guide on here for his sedan, and he wired a LOC to the stock sub or something, and then wired the new sub/amp with the current bose amp, and then ran a group/power cable. How exactly is this done what is the process is there already a guide and I just missed it :P?

You missed it. It's sticky'd even.

If you don't have the bose setup, a LOC attached to one of the rear side speakers will get you the audio signal, while the amp's remote wire can be connected to the cigarette lighter socket in the center armrest.

I read the sticky, so for the amp rca they hook into the loc that comes out of the Bose sub, and then the remote goes where? More or less I'm getting a rock Ford punch sealed with a 500watt alpine. Also do I just leave the Bose sub wire unhooked after I use it to loc?

Yes, the signal wires going to one of the rear deck 6x9's can be sent into a LOC, and then you run RCAs from the LOC to the new amp. The bose amp has a remote signal wire on it that you can tap for the new amp (can't confirm color right now, but the sticky'd post lists light blue/silver). It's your preference as to whether you keep the factory 6x9's connected or not. I'd recommend removing them completely so that you have a good port between the trunk and cabin for the sub's output to flow through while the seats are up.

After the remote and rca it's just running power leads up right? I might remove them not sure I plan to have the seats down and fire the sub in bound, do you have any recommendations for 10 inch subs around 50-100$? I'm looking at fosgate or kicker

Power and ground, yep.

For parts-to-price that are pretty good, this list is pretty solid:

Would one rockford punch p1 12 inch fit in the back of a 06 coupe? I had 2 12" hifonics, the box was a little weird, but it would not fit into the trunk cause it was too wide. But is there enough clearance for the box?

Depends on the box, but plenty of people have fit a lot in there:
