There has to be a way to replace the head unit without getting a dd kit.
A aftermarket hu needs power and ground ,everyone knows that
The stock is somehow integrated with the ac and theres gotta be a way to keep the circuit board needed for this to work, and install a aftermarket unit instead of replacing the dash. Anyone know how to ?

There is in fact no way possible. Take the stereo apart and it's completely self explanatory as to why.

If only there was a sticky that explained exactly why you need a JDM DD kit (or fugly metra) to install an aftermarket head unit.
