Exclamation Removing the gauge cluster overlay/face

I am trying to change the face out and I dont want to do anything to mess with the needle calibration. What is the best way to remove the needles so I can change the face out?

I'm in the same boat as you. I got the temp and fuel needles off but I am having trouble with the bigger ones.

I ended up getting frustrated and just cutting the mile counter. slide it on and used a plastic glue and sanded it. looks exactly the same .
