Guaging interest for 2003-2007 coupe Akebono adapters...

I'm planning on buying a pair in an attempt to upgrade the fronts to the 2007 G35S brakes (my 2007 S got the Akebono BBK) but if it doesn't work, I'm selling these adapters.

Price would be $190, not sure how much shipping is but I'm sure we could work out a great deal.

Interest?

 

I'm confused, if it doesn't work as in they don't fit, or what? If it doesn't work on your car why would it work on another car that is the same setup?

 

These adapters as you know let the Akebono fronts work on the 2003-2006 coupe.

2007 Sedan brake configuration lets you use the Akebono fronts as-is.

Instead of wasting the sedan large front brakes (Sedan now has Akebonos) I want to put the sedan fronts on my coupe.

I'm saying if they don't work for what I'm trying to do then I'm going to sell them for less than what I paid.

Anyone who understands how the brakes work on the two generations will know what I'm trying to do.
