Does anyone know the model number TPMSs that fit various years/models? I have a 2009 G37x.

TPMS to Z aniversary wheels

Can someone tell me if any modification needs to be done when switching the TPMS from my stock 06' 17's to 350Z aniversary 18's? Thanks!
