^did u guys use spacers to clear the brakes?

 

No i ordered +12 and +15 they clear the factory brembos fine i added spacers to get into the negative offsets now im -8 and -5 for some poke

 

hmm wats the rule of thumb for buying wheels when u have brembos? so long theres no lip and high offset should clear? but if theres lip might not clear?

 

Depends on what wheels you order. If you're gonna go with Varrs, just tell them you have brembos. The +12 and below clear. If you're ordering name brand wheels, you just do a custom setup and viola. I have 18x12 -2...which leaves about a 5inch lip (getting powdercoated right now and can't remember exact). But, they're high disk, which clears brembos. There isn't really a rule of thumb tho. The only time you really need to worry is when you're getting used wheels (like I did). And if the seller doesn't know, you may end up needing spacers...but that's rare if you do your buying from G/Z forums.
