he is still very interested, nobody has committed to buy yet, so nothing has been done. I just spoke with him today and he is re-designing the bar for the guys with vortech's as well (because I want one lol).

Really? Very interesting.

He told me he was waiting for interest before he made any. So if you know him personally, tell him there is enough interest here.

I will still get one and sell the ARC, especially since I'm looking into Vortech now.

okeydoke. I will let him know. I'm trying to find calvin's feeler thread for this strut bar (but I can't find it), so we can start a running list for interest.

Interest and putting down $500 for a bar are completely different stories...

Exactly, and I fully understand where he's coming from. If he wants deposits or something, I, for one, am OK with that.

+1 if he wants, I'll put down a deposit for a month to see how many people get in on it. All he needs to do is give us a price limit, or price range and we can try to meet those goals with #'s of purchases.

email i got from scott:

Thanks for yoyur interest, I am compileing a list now of people who might want me to include them in a batch of these strut tower braces. Please let everyony know these STB's work best with some sort of aftermarket cold air intake other than the stock air intake box, they also will need to let me know if the car is NA, has a JWT TT kit on it, a Stillen Supercharger, or a Vortech / Pro Charger on it etc. These will have to be made on a per car basis and I would like to make up a batch of 5-10 of them if you guys can drum up enough interest. Because of the crazy material cost in making these bracesd, I will be requireing everyone to be leaving a sizeable deposit when ordering (maybe 50%)

Thanks and feel free to spread the word and call me directly with any questions you might have....

Thanks again....
