upgraded brakes with 08-09 coupe brakes??

I was just wondering if anyone upgraded their 03-07 coupe or sedan brakes with the infiniti OEM brake kit from the sport packaged 08+ coupe.

These brakes look sweet wondering if the upgrade is possible??

Just an FYI, the Akebono are actually the factory G37 brakes. At first I had thought they were aftermarket. Below is thread you might want to look at and do a search for Akebono brakes, there are more threads with good info.

All in all they are a reasonably prices option for a BBK.

yes they will fit (with a special bracket up front), I have them on my car now.

Concept Z Performance has the kit you will need.

Unless you go with the aftermarket 2pc rotors, the idea of adding 10+lbs to each front wheel isn't my idea of an upgrade. Unless you can justify it by going to the track all the time.

I currently have the Stoptech slotted G35 rotors with some Hawk pads as a replacement for my stock brakes and rotors that I killed on the track. They are a nice upgrade, and I don't plan on tracking the G anymore, or else I'd have definitely gone with a BBK. The stock brakes suck for the track.
