Cant decide which compression rods to go with

I believe in you get what you pay for but the oem seems way to expensive and the mevotech seem way to cheap.. Has anyone heard of beck/arnley?? I am going to be changing inner bushing with my ES bushing but I want a quality part.. Thanks

The mevotechs are fine. Believe me, I have f'ed em up and I know how much it took to make it happen. I don't have any pictures on my phone (just got a new one) but I'll try to remember to post some later.

Basically I had a 12ton press maxed out on them because of a bound press die (1/32" too big..ugh) and the arm flies out of the press like a bullet. Scared the living **** out of me, but when the dust settled, all it did was take a little chip out of the aluminum. Pretty sturdy.

OEM are basically the exact same as any aftermarket versions - just bigger markup. Once someone reproduces these they are at a much more realistic rate.

For compression rods i highly recommend the whiteline
They redesigned these many times. Energy bushings offer little variation on the side to side flex that the OEM was designed for. They are just too stiff with articulation only up and down and nothing lateral. The whiteline were designed to have lateral and so while semi-stiff they were actually reduced down to offer more flex. The energy offer none.

Its completely up to you - but with the whiteline warranty(lifetime) that they have on their parts I have never had any issues. They have been more than awesome for customer service as well even when I have asked simple questions. I have access to selling both brands - I prefer the Whiteline and recommend them over other brands.
