What shocks on Tanabe DF210s

So i installed the tanabe df210s on my 07 6mt coupe, specs are:

Tanabe DF210 G35 COUPE progressive springs 1.7”/1.3” drop on G35 coupe
Spring rates in LBS 308 /353

And as i expected the ride quality was extremely bad (no surprise) i feel every single little bump in the road and it hits the car hard, my stock shocks have almost 90k on them. I was planning to use the stocks til they feel like they're about to blow but they dont look like they want to blow on me anytime soon (not to mention it's a stupid idea), so i'm thinking about getting the tokico HP blue shocks.

I just wanted to know if these would be a good choice since the front springs are softer than oem, i just want liveable ride quality, not too picky, for a decent price. If there's a better choice in shocks, i'd love to know. Also i was wondering if i should get the g35 version or the 350z version, and what the difference would be.

Sorry if i sound like an idiot, dont know too much about suspension.

Thanks

If you're not headed for coils, look at the Tokico D-specs (DSP-7) G35 coupe version, as they're adjustable and you can tune the ride quality you want (to a point, obviously, considering you've put shorter springs on).

tbh i dont think id ever adjust the shocks so i dont think i could justify paying the 600+ for those shocks when i could get used coils for that price, but they do seem nice. I'd prefer to get the HP's or some non adjustable shock if they're much better than stock shocks with 90k miles.

Might have to look into the dspecs then

I've searched a bit and seen people on my350z saying they've bought them for 500 brand new which isnt as much as i thought they would be, but can't find them anywhere for that price, found them a few places for 700.

https://g35driver.com/forums/norther...spec-dsp9.html

^this guy said he saw them for 480 brand new and that post was back in '07 but i cant imagine the price went up more than 200 dollars

One thing you will have to address is camber with a 3" drop. There is no way you can get the alignment even close and your tire wear will be horrendous.
